Outstanding customer service and beautiful flowers! Thank you so much for the positive experience we had today with your business. I ordered the Cali Wrap Bouquet online to be delivered to my daughter the same day, even though I was 20 minutes past the deadline. The flowers were delivered within 3 hours of placing the order. My daughter said the delivery person came directly to her apartment door and was so nice. She loved the bouquet and it helped to make a difficult day more beautiful. I so appreciate that you also sent me photographs of the bouquet. That was such a nice touch! I will definitely order from you again.

Ordering online was super simple, fast and efficient. I thought I made a mistake and called the shop. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. My friend received an absolutely stunning bouquet. I chose this shop because I love the fact that it is local, LGBTQ owned, and eco-friendly. I had never used this florist before, but it will now be my go-to for SF deliveries. Their flowers are California-grown and seasonal and the arrangement I chose (designer's choice) was delivered within hours of ordering it.... on a Sunday! It was absolutely stunning! I love that they give you a choice of adding a bar of organic chocolate or chocolate caramels to your order. Additionally, their packaging is recyclable - no plastic foam blocks or cellophane. Fantastic!

Ordered the Cali Garden Vase Designer's Choice arrangement for a friend recovering from a recent surgery. They were delivered within several hours after my online order. My friend send me a photo and said, "they lifted her spirits" and appreciated that they were "sustainable and eco-friendly."
